For purposes of carrying out its work, the Club is organized into six lanes of service. Each service lane is chaired by a board member with specific responsibility for their lane of service. Board members serve a two year term. Lanes of Service: - Charitable Allocation & Fundraising
Responsible for coordinating all of the Club’s fundraising efforts including the Cocoa Bean Game and Rotary Auction.
- Club Service Administration
Responsible for attracting new members, monitoring membership attendance at meetings and coordination of Club’s public relations.
- Club Service Meetings
Responsible for coordinating Club’s lunch programs by assigning monthly program chairs. Works closely with Club President to arrange appropriate meeting content.
- International and District Service
Responsible for overseeing all matters of International Service including Youth Exchange.
- Youth and Vocational Service
Responsible for all matters in which the membership can apply their vocational service to assist the Club and its initiatives. Also coordinate the Club’s Student of the Month program.
- Community Service
Responsible for coordination of all Club Community Service work.
